Cookin' up History: Kaplan Bros.' Famous Kosher Recipes

In the mid-twentieth century, siblings Seymour and Saul Kaplan owned one of Detroit's most popular butcher shops: Kaplan Bros. Kosher Meat Market. Its clever advertising campaign highlighted recipes featuring store ingredients.  Join Seymour's son, Richard J. Kaplan, for a delightful look back at the store and the delicious recipes he compiled into a brand-new cookbook.
